New microprocessor grinding machines

New microprocessor grinding machines have made a radical improvement.

The new machines have automated cycles enabling them to run unmanned, also higher accuracy, repeat cycles, long column travel, digital readouts and digital optidress facility have radically increased process time in finishing tooling components.

We now have surface grinding to 800x400mm and Lumsden grinding to 48 inch diameter.

These machines compliment our cnc press tool manufacturing methods, with 6 wire erosion machines, high pressure waterjet cutting, machining centres, cnc hard metal turning, and solid modelling cad.

Our toolmaking capacity and quality has again increased, while costs and time are ruthlessly competitive.

Our constant improvements are achieving better quality tooling year on year.
