We recognise that data transfer is becoming far more the norm and here our CAD systems are state of the art, with 'Best in Class' solutions utilised for specific areas.

All our tooling is designed in SolidWorks, with prismatic machining taken care of by CamWorks feature recognition.

Complex surface machining is undertaken by VISI Advanced Machining software; code produced is reliable enough to run unmanned roughing overnight.

FTI Fastblank is used for automatically generating blank shapes from surface models, with exceptional success rate. This is useful not only for developing parts, but producing blank shapes for quoting and working out material usage. The combination of this software with our waterjet capability gives huge reductions in development time.
