We have a Hitachi Seiki VS60 machining centre with 90 tool ATC and 1000 psi through spindle coolant.
Coupled with 12000rpm spindle and very high data throughput, we can run unattended overnight, and produce very high quality surface finish. Part programs for some components extend to well over 1,000,000 xyz movements!
Although surface machining is commonly seen in the mould industry, we use it to great effect to produce raising tools, enabling accurate tools to be made to customers original data.
