Recent Investments include an SNK RB2NM, which is the only subcontract machine of its type in the UK. We also have nine Hitachi Q series wire eroders, running 45 kilo wire spools – up to 520mm thick work pieces - the largest machines in the UK, a facility not matched globally.

These are all serviced by 2 overhead cranes – Data supplied direct from the server by barcode demand Hitachi produced the largest wire erosion machines in the world and the only bridge type machine.
The 9 machines we have run 24 hr manufacturing dies. Multiple machines allow us to run several machines on one set of dies simultaneously. Our tools are extensively designed around wire eroded components to facilitate jigsaw puzzle die construction, automated 24hour supply of design controlled components in hard steels.
